Welcome to our weekly product update. Each week, we highlight Briefcase’s latest features and AI improvements designed to make bookkeeping and accounting workflows simpler and more efficient. Here’s what’s new.

Recent uploads

Briefcase now displays the last 14 days of uploads in the Upload Documents modal, making it easier to track recent document activity. This feature works seamlessly across all upload methods: web, WhatsApp, and email. Plus, you can quickly access your client's unique email address and WhatsApp (WA) setup guide right there.

Usage dashboard

We've launched the Usage Dashboard to give you clear insights into activity across clients and users. To access it, navigate to Settings (cog icon in the top right) and select the Usage tab. Filter by business, or switch to the Users view and filter by email address for more granular details.

Removed client upload URL

We've removed the legacy client upload URL, fully replacing it with WhatsApp uploads. This change only affects older accounts, new accounts never had this feature.
