Automated line items 🧾 🤖

Briefcase automatically splits invoices/receipts into multiple lines based on their VAT rate.

• When Briefcase detects multiple VAT rates in an invoice or receipt, it automatically splits the invoice into multiple lines.

• Line items with the same VAT rate are aggregated together.

• Each line includes a full description, category, and VAT rate.

This means there’s no need to set up supplier rules, split lines manually or click any extra button to benefit from our multi-line functionality. Click here to see a 1.5min demo.
